Job Responsibilities:-
1. To execute projects for Singapore customers from pre-order engineering, cost estimation to post-order engineering & project management.
2. Technical solution consultation for pre-order enquiry and provide technical advice to customer and service sales team.
3. To be in-charged for risk analysis, information management (communication plan for customer and supplier), project documentation (Phase gate reviews, design review, schedule development review, quality/safety plan).
4. Monitor closely for all delay, claim/warranty management abd customer compliant management.
5. Ensure timely delivery of engineering outcomes for the project.
6. Ensure information flow is effective for development for drawings and design documentation.
Project Management
1. Overal responbility for engineering, project execution, installation/commissioning phase of project.
2. Able to deliver installation and project to schedule.
Ensure documentation is competent to requirements and standards.
3. Communicate installation, commissioning and interface activities to client.
4. Plan, lead and execute commissioning activities.
5. Ensure resource is allocated to project.
6. Enusure training is carried out when necessary.
7. To be on-site when necessary.
Job Requirements
1. Possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor in Civil Engineering.
2. Acquired relevant certifications in Singapore.
3. Experience in engineering and and/or commissioning is preferred.
4. Experiences and/ or extensive knowledge in sports constrction sectors is preferred.
5. Proficient in AutoCad and be able to read drawings and make detailed design correction/change.
6. Comuter literarcy with demostrated experience in using the Internet, Microsoft Office (ie Word, Excel).
7. Good planning abilityand able to drive a strategy through their planning.
8. Independent, highly motivated, strong sense of ownership and leadsership.
9. Team player with stron interpersonal skills; able to communicate / deal professionally with both internal and external clients.
10. Able to work under stressful environment, and be comfortable in the dynamic tr=echnical orgainsation with a rapid expanding client's base.
