- Administrative support for Support Programme
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting patients and caregivers for participation in support programs, focus groups, and other initiatives.
- Coordinate outreach efforts, including scheduling appointments and sending reminders.
- Maintain communication with patients and caregivers to ensure their participation and engagement in support programs.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating focus groups, workshops, and educational sessions.
- Handle general administrative duties such as answering phones, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records and databases related to patient recruitment and program participation.
- Support operations by ordering and purchasing supplies and equipment as needed.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for events, meetings, and program activities.
- Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination of program activities.
- Prepare and distribute materials for meetings, presentations, and program updates.
- Assist in compiling data and preparing reports on program participation and outcomes.
Qualification (Related Field)
- Diploma or equivalent, administration related qualification will be preferred
Experience
- At least 1-2 years of experience in healthcare/administration related work

- Excellent communication skills with stakeholder and patients
- Good adaptability, pragmatism and self-awareness
- IT Savvy
