Job description
- Drive business objectives by implementing digital marketing strategies across platforms, e.g. Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Develop, execute, monitor and optimize high performing marketing campaigns across various channels like LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Bing etc., with the target of lead generation or brand awareness.
- Improve the return-on-investment of the digital activities by optimizing keyword portfolios, business data feeds, audiences, ad copy, landing pages and bidding strategies.
- Activate data, research, and insights for the planning of target-oriented campaigns
- Strategic planning, implementation and continuous improvement of digital marketing advertising campaigns for the company and its subsidiaries.
- Monitor campaign execution and performance to optimize campaign strategies, content delivery, internal processes, and new approaches.
- Creating conversion-driven landing pages, and identify opportunities to increase conversion
- Liaise with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure campaigns run smoothly and within deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with the latest semiconductor industry trends and developments, implementing optimization strategies and approaches to improve platforms and social media channels' effectiveness.
Experience and Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in campaign management (paid & organic).
- Knowledge of Google AdWords, Google Analytics and other supporting tools.
- Proven track record in a SEA and Social Media role with a strong understanding of planning, target audience setting. Keyword variations and bidding.
- Excellent understanding of the latest SEA/ Social Media trends.
- Strong written and spoken skills in English.
- Experience in working with the HubSpot, Google Analytics and Campaign Manager is a plus.
- Highly self-motivated and assertive personality and take ownership of projects.
