Roles & Responsibilities -
- Manager site work. Keep track of site schedule to ensure works are on time.
- Planning, Supervising & Coordinating Project
- Attend site meetings
- Report to the project manager on the progress of the construction works.
- Ensure safety regulations are being complied with
- Liaising with main-con and sub-cons on security clearance and work progress
- Conducting quality and safety inspections
- Ensuring site safety by making safety inspections.
- Take care of site problem-solving
- Good leadership skills
- Working hours follow site schedule
Requirement -
a) 3 - 5 years of experience, or more in M&E construction industry
b) Hydraulic Calculation
c) AC Equipment selection
d) Thermal Dynamics & Heat Load calculation.
e) Knowledge of Code Practice
