Roles & Responsibilities
· Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and engage potential new clients, build and maintain strong relationships with clients network of construction equipment rental and sales.
· Service existing client base. Serve as the primary customer interface, building and sustaining strategic relationships with existing and potential customers.
· Understand market trends and changing customer needs to plan sales strategies & build new opportunities.
· Involve in coordinating inter-department activities to meet project deadlines.
· Responsible for effective sales strategies to surpass business targets.
· To increase company profitability and create profit growth opportunities, standardize and optimize operating costs.
· To drive an uncompromising culture of safety and quality throughout Project Operations workforce and lead by example.
Job Scope:
· Prospect for new customers and maintain existing key accounts.
· Sales: Understand client’s needs by conducting site assessments as well as understand site conditions before sending proposals and quotations to customers.
· Actively follow up on quotations to close deals.
· Manage customer database to ensure that the sales pipeline is updated and moving along the sales cycle.
· Track project progress and ensure maximized customer satisfaction.
· All related Sales and Marketing duties. (Projects follow up, Preparation of Quote, Project submission, Site meetings and collection)
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth highly preferred.
· Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deems fit.
Job Requirements:
· At least 2 years of relevant experience in Construction industry. Good knowledge and network of main-cons, building management agents, façade service providers, painters and other external building maintenance contractors will be an advantage.
· Minimum Engineering Diploma or safety related field.
· Possess WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B).
· Possess BizSafe Level 2 - Develop A Risk Management Implementation Plan Certificate / Manage Work At Height Certificate / WAH Supervisor Certificate is an added advantage.
· Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Responsible + Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate with all levels in the organization.
· Communication in English & Chinese is essential in order to liaise with client/supplier from China.
· Ability to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and key contact representing the organization on projects.
· Proactive, well organized and meticulous.
