Roles and Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective candidates using provided scripts.
- Persuade potential candidates to schedule a tentative appointment with our sales representative.
- Data Management: Performing accurate data entry and maintaining records of appointments.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruitment of potential sales managers, via cold-calling and scheduling interviews.
Requirements:
- Able to commit 4 hours daily, Monday – Friday.
- Renumeration will be on hourly basis.
- Proficient with technology and office software, such as Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, Google Sheets.
- Fluent in written and spoken English. It will be a huge advantage if you are strong in another language to communicate with potential candidates.
- Proven experience as Talent acquisition consultant / HR consultant / or similar position will be an advantage.
- Min. 2 years of customer service/ Telemarketer/ cold calling in a call center environment experience.
- Able to communicate effectively and professionally over the phone.
- Confident and pleasant personality.
- Willing to learn the trades of recruitment
- Able to work independently and be a team player.
