Job Description & Requirements
- Perform duties and exercise powers as assigned by the Board of Directors from time to time, either in their capacity as General Manager or in connection with the business operations of the Company.
- Report directly to the Board of Directors of the Company or any appointed representative.
- Responsible for fulfilling all duties required by the Board or the Company.
- Close collaboration with the Financial Manager to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic objectives aimed at enhancing the economic benefits for the Company
- Responsible for overseeing all sales and marketing activities to ensure they contribute effectively to the Company’s objectives and help achieve the annual budget goals approved by the Board of Directors.
- The General Manager must adhere to the Terms and Conditions outlined in the Company's Policies and Manuals, ensuring all actions are in line with the established standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Degree in any fields
- Strong in Business Development and operations
- Able to handle strategies for BD and operations
- Experience in Alloy, Metal or Aluminium Industry
