The Design Executive is responsible for full-cycle development of creative assets, from conceptualization to completion. Translating marketing objectives into collaterals. Generating creative initiatives for different markets. Ensuring administrative and operational duties are fulfilled within the timeline, with prioritization based on the relative importance and urgency of individual projects.

Responsibilities:
- Design collaterals across multi-channel platforms-digital and prints; actively purses new digital and media solutions
- Produce creative collaterals for multiple portfolios under Design Department
- Work closely with stakeholders to conceptualize, design and produce collaterals, illustrations and graphics for various campaigns and projects-digital and print
- Manages all aspects of design process; from research and ideation to conceptualisation, up to final artwork and production-including liaison with external vendors (material sourcing and procurement process)
- Conduct photoshoots and video-shoots to produce static and video artworks
- Ensure all collaterals are consistent and in-line with Branding guidelines and completion of finished artworks within timeline
- Liaising with external vendors to ensure completion of campaigns and projects within timeline-including material sourcing and production process
- Ensure proper digital storage of design collaterals
- Able to work well independently and within the team, supporting team members when needed
- Manage and support ad hoc/ rush hour projects assigned
- Responsibilities and duties cover Global markets, unless otherwise stated.

Our dream candidates
- 3 years of working experience in similar capacity
- Proficient in use of Adobe Creative Suite,
- Knowledge and proficiency of video cameras, lighting and sound equipment to handle basic photoshoots and video shoots
- Keen eyes for aesthetics and strong attention to details
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team and meet tight deadlines
