We are in search of a skilled Customer Service Executive to join the team at one of Singapore's premier shopping destinations, nestled within an architecturally stunning landmark. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring visitors enjoy a seamless and positive experience. An attractive remuneration package awaits the right individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- Addressing visitors' inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a professional and courteous manner.
- Providing assistance to visitors, including guiding them to specific stores or amenities within the mall.
- Offering support services such as wheelchair or stroller rentals, lost and found assistance, and facilitating transportation arrangements.
- Actively promoting mall events, special promotions, and discounts, while efficiently managing the collection or purchase of vouchers.
- Distributing promotional materials and keeping visitors informed about ongoing sales or activities within the mall.
- Ensuring visitor safety during emergencies or evacuations by providing clear guidance and assistance.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and thrive in fast-paced environments, while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Proficient communication skills in both spoken and written English, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within shopping malls, office buildings, or cinemas.
