Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage new clients to expand our client base.
- Develop and manage client accounts to achieve key account objectives.
- Source and attract candidates for various vacancies using diverse recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of new business opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates to foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the team to share best practices and contribute to the company's growth.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment is preferred, the candidate without relevant experience but with a keen interest in recruitment sales will also be considered.
- Experience in building a sales pipeline and achieving sales targets is essential.
- Specialization in a particular industry or a generalist background in recruitment is welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and candidates at all levels.
- A self-starter and team player with a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Proficient in the use of recruitment tools and databases.
