about the job
- Coordinate chartering / shipping operations for all agriculture products;
- Handle import & export shipping documents
- Ensure smooth execution in accordance to contract terms
- Ensure freight, shipping details and laytime transactions are keyed into system in a timely manner and link all the cost calculations
- Help to manage invoicing process and ensure final and full payment received

skills and experience required
- At least 1 year of shipping/operations experience in commodities trading firm
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of L/C, UCP600, ISBP, Gafta, laytime calculations
- Team player, excellent communication skills
