- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Advise the most suitable role to candidates
- Perform market mapping and headhunting to support business development
- Consistently achieving personal targets by driving business revenue
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline, with 1-3 years working experience in Recruitment
- Previous experience or possess strong passion for a career in recruitment or sales
- Resilience, target-driven and people-oriented personality
- Ability to work under pressure and in a competitive environment
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English and Chinese to communicate with clients
