Personal Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Director.
  • Record minutes, track and follow up on action items, projects.
  • Plan and organize meetings, prepare meeting agenda and presentation materials.
  • Acting as key point of contact for social media marketing related.
  • Prepare reports and collect data.
  • Manage administrative functions and calendars.
  • Provide administrative support.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
  • Relevant PA working experience.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, able to work independently.
  • Ability to adapt to changes, work with flexibility and has excellent attention to details.
  • Be prepared to work on Saturday(s) when required.

Information:

  • Working location at HarbourFront Centre.
  • 5 days’ work week (9.30am to 6pm).
  • Salary offered will be based on Individuals’ experience.
