Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Director.
- Record minutes, track and follow up on action items, projects.
- Plan and organize meetings, prepare meeting agenda and presentation materials.
- Acting as key point of contact for social media marketing related.
- Prepare reports and collect data.
- Manage administrative functions and calendars.
- Provide administrative support.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Relevant PA working experience.
- Strong organization and time management skills, able to work independently.
- Ability to adapt to changes, work with flexibility and has excellent attention to details.
- Be prepared to work on Saturday(s) when required.
Information:
- Working location at HarbourFront Centre.
- 5 days’ work week (9.30am to 6pm).
- Salary offered will be based on Individuals’ experience.
