Key Roles and Responsibilities
- To execute all mechanical related Maintenance activities in the respective areas for all the Plants under Singapore Operations Execution of scheduled, routine, predictive and corrective maintenance activities
- Report the progress of the mechanical maintenance activities and keep equipment maintenance history records. Feedback requirement of spares and contract services for maintenance activities to your reporting officer.
- Follow maintenance work methods/ procedures/ frequencies for execution.
- Daily arranging the necessary resources and facilities for timely completion of the jobs
- Execution of annual maintenance plan and update history in SAP incl. PM & CM jobs
- To follow safety procedures themselves as well as contractors engaged.
- Identity and eliminate hazards in work places
- Execute the maintenance strategy for various control and instrumentation equipment attached with mechanical equipment’s and improve reliability and availability.
- Suggestion and implementation of modification jobs, implement OEM improvement program & feedback for root cause analysis for a mechanical related failure
- Successful candidate can be appointed as part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) (training will be provided)
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma in Electrical or equivalent Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in controls and instrumentations.
- Experience working in the heavy engineering / process plant industry is an advantage.
