Responsibilities:
- To source, negotiate and purchase necessary (e.g. tools, materials & machinery) from identified and reliable sources, local and overseas.
- To create and maintain good relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Received/ Check Material Request List from Site if the material is necessary.
- Process site Purchase order base on the Material request form from site Supervisor/Manager.
- Issue Purchase order, follow-up Delivery, check Delivery Order.
- Monitor and purchase of HQ office supplies,
- Make summary of order for monthly closing and Cost Control Liaise with Project Manager, Production & Site team for material order and delivery.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as front desk duty, filing, call answering, emails
- Any other ad-hoc work Assigned by Superior/Management
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least "O" Level and above in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably specialised in Construction Industry.
- Job requires strong Procurement and Administrative skills, being organized, detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize work.
- strong negotiation skills, self-starter, go getter and able to multi-task, meet deadlines and prompt in providing accurate data information.
- Positive mindsets and motivation to work with people from culturally diverse backgrounds, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material Management or equivalent
