Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients and maintain positive and long-term relationships
- Provide professional recruitment consultancy services and advices to support client’s hiring needs
- Handle the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle as a 360 Consultant
- Represent Talent Pro to source candidates by implementing a variety of candidate attraction strategies based on clients' needs
- Consistently achieving personal targets by driving business revenue
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline with 3-5 years working experience in Recruitment field
- Previous experience in or possess strong passion for a career in recruitment or sales
- Resilient, target-driven and people-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure and in a competitive environment
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English and Chinese to communicate with clients
