• Preparing and generating monthly HR reports such as headcount, attrition & retention, manpower budgeting & costing and, presentation slides for internal stakeholders and government statutory reporting and submissions (for e.g. MOM surveys, etc.)
• Conducting data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs for management review.
• Managing and administering the employee performance reviews and processes.
• Managing and facilitating the annual manpower planning, monitoring, reporting, and budgeting process.
• Providing HR Information Systems (HRIS) support through partnership with IT, HRIS vendor and coaching to all levels of the organization.
• Administering all annual increment, promotion increments, Annual Wage Supplement and bonus payouts.
• Partnering closely with the HRBPs on compensation & benefits strategy and execution.
• Reviewing and implementing HR policies in compliance with government legislation and ensure efficiency and compliance of HR department’s internal workflow and processes.
