Job Description & Requirements
The company is in the construction, design and build industry, located in the North. The company is seeking for an accounts executive who is looking for long-term employment in the accounting field. This position reports to the Finance Manager, providing bookkeeping and accounting services for reporting.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Manage full set of accounts including GST returns preparation;
2. Prepare invoice and client accounts reconciliation;
3. Vendors management;
4. Workers payroll computation;
5. Monthly budgeting;
6. Assist in reviewing, improving and implementation of internal controls;
7. Other ad-hoc administrative tasks
Competencies:
1. Application of accounting knowledge in daily tasks
2. Experience with Accounting Software is an advantage
3. Independent and fast learner
