Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for brand management and communications for TYJ brands - Spring Home, Happy Belly, Ryushobo, Master Chef
- Perform research and analysis relating to market trends, competitor's activities and products, presenting findings and propose suitable marketing
- To build and maintain the organization's E-Commerce platforms (content creation/management, listing, customer service etc)
- Working closely with all internal divisions on the execution of effective strategies, marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Assist in social media engagement, content generation, and keeping all social media platforms and websites up to date
- Writing and proofreading creative copy for all marketing collaterals, including brochures, letters social media and website in both English and Mandarin
- Copywriting for relevant media (news article, interview, etc)
- Maintenance and handling of social media (Eg: Facebook/Instagram/TikTok) accounts and website including customer feedback/complaints/queries and ads with good PR skills
- Management of marketing budget
- Support any ad-hoc projects as and when assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Mass Communications or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience (preferably in the FMCG industry)
- Ability to work under a tight timeline
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
- Highly motivated, independent with the curiosity and ability to generate creative ideas
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, SEM will be a bonus
- Knowledge in Adobe photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator will be a bonus
