Accounts Executive
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accounts Receivable : Responsible for credit control and collection to drive working capital and DSO.
- Monthly Closing & Financial Reporting : Responsible for monthly closing activities & preparation of monthly account reconciliations. Completion of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- GST/Tax & Audits : Preparation of quarterly GST and support annual corporate tax submission. Support self revenue recognition testing, internal and external audits.
- Others: Support the business to drive sustainable profitable growth and meet financial objectives. Ensure compliance to US GAAP, local laws and regulations and Danaher/Leica policies. Ensure strong internal controls and continual process improvements, & support any other special projects or duties as assigned.
YOUR PROFILE
- Accounting Degree or equivalent with >2 years’ experience
- Knowledge of SAP is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
