Department: Mass Market

Report to : Manager

Functional Relationships with :

Customers, sales customer support, factory, logistics, product marketing, sales strategic planning, etc.


POSITION PROFILE:

Based in: Singapore, Yishun

The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets and operating excellence while having customer oriented mindset.


Key Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for managing a group of customers, working closely with internal stakeholders to provide support and perform sales activities.
  • Establish relationship-building with customers. Conduct Business Meetings/negotiations and Customer Visitations (Issue trip reports)
  • Achieve sales targets based on assigned customer accounts. Conduct annual sales target settings and meet achievement.
  • Achieve sales goal, demand analysis, conduct price negotiation, RFQ and pricing, issue quarterly business activity report & opportunity application.
  • Customer relationship management, Business performance review, Service Management, Achieve sales target,
  • Create new demand opportunities and align strategy with internal Product Team to Conduct Sales Promotion activities to prospective and existing customers.
  • Business development. Support new business themes with the Sales Manager. Conduct new business opportunities target settings and meet achievement.
  • Manage customer design-in activities. Align with the internal Product Team to Conduct Sales Promotion activities for prospective and existing customers.
  • Handling complaints, and executing the follow-up needed for complaints received from customers.


Ability / Competency Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or related field
  • Min. 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales experience, preferably has Automotive or semiconductor industry.
  • Able to work well as a team player while being independent and proactive.
  • Positive attitude in challenging work environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to perform multitasking.
