Partnering an established Trust company with strong APAC presence, we are seeking an experienced Trust Administrator to be part of their growing business.
About The Job
- Manage the daily administration of trust portfolios, including set up of new accounts, transfer of funds and distribution to beneficiaries
- Perform periodic reviews of assigned trust portfolios and ensure all documents adhere to regulatory requirements
- Build strong client relationships and ensure service level agreements are met
- To draft trustee minutes, resolutions, or any related documents.
Skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or other related fields
- STEP qualification in trust and tax would be viewed favourably
- Carries at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
