Job Summary:
Our client, a reputable leader in the mobility industry, is actively seeking a Senior compliance specialist to join their dynamic team. This role will Primarily support the compliance job scope, administering Singapore compliance programs and Speak Up systems.
Job Summary:
-Manage and develop policies in compliance.
-Provide compliance training.
-Support management reporting.
-Conduct compliance audits.
Job Responsibilities:
-Handle communications between Global Compliance, TMA, and entities.
-Prepare presentations, explanations, and status reports of current compliance activities.
-Support compliance meetings and discussions.
-Take minutes of meetings.
-Support investigation proceedings.
-Follow up on countermeasures and action plans with stakeholders.
-Provide administrative support for compliance areas.
Job Requirements:
Degree in Business with at least 4-5 years of audit/compliance experience.
Confident in working and communicating with all levels of personnel, from entry-level to top management.
Clear thinker with attention to detail, adaptable to new software and technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-starter and good team player, able to work independently with a high level of integrity.
