Job Summary:
Our client, a reputable leader in the mobility industry, is actively seeking a Project Manager to join their Asia's energy infrastructure team. This role will facilitate the shift to new energy vehicles and develop collaborations with governments and OEMs to study and scale solutions.
Job Responsibilities:
Home Charging Solutions: Scale BEV home charging solutions bundled with vehicle sales in collaboration with related functions.
EV Public Fast Charger Network: Assist in planning and executing the CCS 2 fast charging network accessible to other OEMs.
Energy Management: Support partnerships with local energy companies to utilize vehicles for energy management.
Hydrogen Station Development: Develop a network of hydrogen stations and related alliances.
New Mobility Business: Work across divisions to align new mobility services with the energy portfolio.
Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, or Business.
10+ years of experience in value chain management, fleet operations, and new business ecosystems (H2, BEV, etc.).
Expertise in project management, sales, vehicle pricing, and business development.
Strong understanding of regulatory environments for energy and transportation.
Proven ability to form governmental alliances and develop strategies.
Critical thinking and analytical skills are essential.
Proficiency in English is required; other Southeast Asian languages are preferred.
Ability to collaborate and build coalitions across diverse cultures and companies.
Capable of translating technical details into easily understood objectives.
Comfortable operating under high degrees of ambiguity and change, with a knack for quickly gaining consensus.
