Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Workers and site progress.
- Prepare Waterproofing Safety Risk Assessment (RA), Method of Statement (MOS), and Safe Work Procedure (SWP).
- Draw waterproofing sub-drawing using AutoCAD and MicroStation software.
- Ensure that the waterproofing procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, and requirements.
- Liaise with Authorities and Main-contractors.
- Take site measurements and prepare monthly progress claims and monthly progress reports.
- Ensuring Supervisors & Foremen meet client & regulatory work requirements.
- Ensure that works are carried out according to specifications, drawings, and programs without compromising on quality and safety.
- Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
- Maintain a safe & clean working environment by enforcing rules & regulations.
- Lead a team of supervisors to ensure full-time supervision of works on site.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- BCSS Certificate
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MicroStation
- Knowledge of Waterproofing works & Technical
- Knowledge of working at Height
- Minimum 1 year experience in waterproofing works
- Applicants with LTA project experience will be an added advantage
- Good oral and written communication skills
