Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads via social media, email marketing, content marketing, PPC campaigns and SEO to achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Offer Creation:
- Create attractive offers to capture the interest of potential customers in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
- Develop marketing materials: product images, social media collateral, videos, event presentations, press releases.
- Create engaging written and pictorial content target audiences that are consistent with brand identity
Website Optimization: Analyze and optimize website performance to increase conversions and improve user experience.
Coordination: Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure cohesive and effective marketing campaigns, based on need for free-lancing for design or other specialities those to be agreed on by the Board of Directors.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on the performance of all lead generation activities and adjust strategies as needed in collaboration with the Sales Manager and the lead generation breakthrough agreed on.
- Analyse key performance metrics including traffic, conversion rates, and customer retention rate
- Analyse customers data to identify the market trends and opportunities to increase sales
- Lead the digital analytics, marketing campaign performance and engagement metrics to produce report for management
- Share the analytics with the Sales Manager to adjust the market segment targeted by the products and also the new opportunities to be sought for
Customer Journey Mapping: Understand and map out customer journeys to enhance lead nurturing and conversion processes in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
Requirements
Technical Experience: 2-3 years of experience working in a marketing or lead generation agency.
Industry Knowledge: Experience marketing B2B SaaS product
Technical Skills: Proficiency in email marketing tools, PPC platforms, SEO best practices, and social media marketing.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and work collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in English.
Creativity: Ability to create compelling and engaging marketing offers.
Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, platforms, and methodologies in the fast-evolving marketing landscape.
Only locally available candidates will be qualified.
Work Arrangement
● A service provider for the customer, thus, an existence as a freelancer or Marketing Agency is sought for.
● A 100% remote work
● Service Payment Agreement is based on assignment and working hours with maximum 40 hours per week.
● Freelance engagement: 3 months
