Job Description:
As an Administrative Support at Hyogaki, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food kiosks by handling daily administrative tasks. You will support the team in organizing and coordinating business operations, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in inventory and order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and filing.
- Manage and maintain inventory records, including ordering supplies and materials.
- Assist in handling invoices, receipts, and processing orders for takeaway and delivery.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and liaise with delivery partners and vendors.
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales, inventory, and operational reports.
- Support the management team in preparing and distributing internal communications.
- Assist with scheduling and tracking staff shifts and attendance.
- Answer customer and supplier inquiries via email and phone, providing timely assistance.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment in the administrative area.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum educational qualification: N' Level.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
