Job Scope:
- Handle administration duties.
- Arrange & renew workers safety courses etc.
- Managing email by checking & replying in time.
- Assist to with daily ordering from the production site.
- liaise with supplier on orders, pricing, delivery.
- forecast buying- raw material/ ingredient.
- search for a substitute if the stock is temporarily out of stock.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
· Fast learner, responsible & well-organised with good interpersonal skills.
· Able to multitask and complete assignments given on time.
· Flexible, possess a willing-to-work mindset.
· Willing to work 5.5 days per week.
