We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Executive, Community/Government Projects. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a portfolio of community and government projects to ensure successful implementation and delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, support and implement strategic plans for community and government projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, procurement and resources effectively
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and partner organizations on venues, logistics and performances
- Lead project teams and provide guidance and support to team members
- Monitor project progress and performance, and report on key metrics to senior management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth project execution
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, community development, or government relations
- Strong understanding of government policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in leading and managing a team of professionals
