Major tasks: Develop new product & application in Semiconductor industries.
- Work with Sales team to develop new products to satisfy customers’ requirements.
- Research and guide engineer team to do Semiconductor equipment modification as required by customer
- Leading engineers team to design, fabricate and testing new products related to Semiconductor equipment (automation system, process chamber, robot…)
- Support Service engineer team in fabrication new jigs, tools and equipment to perform on site service (robot calibration, machine function improvement…)
Minor tasks
- Provide technical consulting to customer.
- Support other departments to solve technical problems.
- Making SOP for service engineer to perform on site service.
- Manage, usage & preserve all necessary tools & equipment.
- Attend and report all training course assigned by company.
- Follow all policies & regulations of company as well as working safety policies.
- Write and send reports (Service report, Repair report, Project daily reports...) according to company policies and work procedure.
- Give training to new technical staff of the team.
Responsibility
- Perform and report all projects assigned by Head of Engineering
- Support customer on troubleshooting & repair of tools as soon as possible to minimize tool-down time.
- Protect all confidential information of company and customers.
Authority
- Request other departments to support to do assigned tasks.
- Right to request necessary equipment to perform assigned tasks.
- Right to refuse tasks that not related to this job description or work that is not assured safety condition.
Please report all issues to higher manager at actual cases.
Work condition
- Place of work: GTSS office in Singapore
- Work 5 days per week: 8.5 hours per day.
