Our client is a Digital Lock company. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Services Office.
* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
* Provide accurate information about our products, pricing, promotions to customers.
* Assist customers in troubleshooting lock-related problems and guide them through technical solutions when required.
* Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Technical Support, to resolve complex customer issues and escalate matters when necessary.
* Occasionally assist in administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Requirements:
* Proven work experience in customer service, preferably in a related industry or technology company.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
Other Information:
Working Hour: 10am-7pm (5 days, Mon&Tues OFF or Tues&Wed OFF)
Location: Sembawang
Salary: $2500 - $3300
