About our client: Our client is an EPC contractor in the Offshore Oil & Gas industry.
About the role:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to maintain seamless office operations.
- Coordinate and manage the company drivers' schedules, ensuring timely and efficient transport services.
- Arrange and handle all aspects of company-approved business travel, including air tickets, hotel bookings, and visa applications.
- Oversee the handling of official documents for postage and courier services, maintaining accurate usage records.
- Source and select suppliers for festive gifts, ensuring timely delivery for special occasions.
- Assist in organizing company events by coordinating venue bookings, food arrangements, and logistics.
- Prepare and distribute memos related to administrative matters, keeping the company informed and up to date.
- Step in for reception duties as needed, ensuring a professional and welcoming front office.
- Ability to translate Chinese materials when required; proficiency in Mandarin is a must.
About you:
- Diploma in any discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in office administration, with advantage if within the marine industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Other information:
- Work location: West (company transport is provided in selected MRT stations)
- Working days: 5 days
