We are seeking a motivated Enrolment Executive to join our team at Little Paddington Preschool. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact potential leads and secure center tours for parents interested in enrolling their children. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our preschool’s growth while learning the essentials of enrollment and sales.
This role is commission-based with a basic salary, and has excellent potential for career progression into an Enrollment Specialist position.
What you will do
- Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the preschool.
- Introduce and explain our preschool's programs, facilities, and unique offerings to parents.
- Schedule and confirm center tours with parents to showcase our preschool.
- Follow up with leads post-tour to assist in the enrollment process.
- Maintain records of call interactions, leads, and appointments using our CRM system.
- Meet weekly and monthly call and tour booking targets.
- Build a strong rapport with potential clients and uphold the preschool’s values.
What you will need
- Possesses a Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum of 1-year proven track record in sales, preferably in the education field
- Driven and self-motivated
- Excellent oral, written communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills to manage schedules and follow up with leads
- Prior experience in tele-calling or customer service is a plus.
- Proficient in communicating with both English and Chinese-speaking customers
