Job Description & Requirements
- To compile and submit all architectural finishes with complete information and data to the Superintending Officer for approval.
- Ensure that all architectural works on site are carried out according to approved drawings/specifications and conform to all authority standards/ requirements. Supervise architectural works
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the design intent, specifications, and quality of works as specified in the terms of contract
- Ensure timely clearing of submission of shop drawings, technical submittals and material samples to ensure compliance with the design and specifications
- Coordinate with Project Manager on daily updates and weekly reports
- Maintain proper records of all site files on project correspondences, documents and drawings for easy retrieval and reference
- To supervise the project to ensure that the works are constructed in accordance to the project specifications, construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations.
- Provide administrative control and maintaining proper records including site attendance, leave records, overtime records and inspections checklists.
- Review Contractor's submissions, work method statements and work demonstrations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve site discrepancies to prevent delays.
- Attending site meetings, highlighting foreseeable problems and recommending possible solutions, progress, variation and coordination meetings.
- Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client's requirements.
- Carry out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site and regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as RE for LTA project.
