KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Participate as part of technical delivery team and formulate technical solutions to supplement the overall energy transition solution for our customers
2) Engagement across geographies regularly to discuss progressive updates and brainstorm on value offerings and client relationship management
3) Conduct ground research and market intelligence on local situation, including the regulatory aspect relating to the energy sector
4) Lead efforts to understand the needs of the customer, segment the market and support the development of strategies to capture the interest of the customer
5) Build connections with companies that the organization may work with to provide full turn-key solutions in the renewable business
Qualifications & Experience
1) At least 2-5 years relevant working experience
2) Knowledge in Renewable Industry and understands energy transition & decarbonization
Skills/competencies & Preferred Characteristics
1) Ability to work in fast paced environment
2) Motivated and flexible mindset and willing to learn
3) Good understanding of work ethics
4) Possess relevant knowledge of energy regulators, major utilities companies and renewable companies
5) Speak, read and write basic English
6) Ablity to operate PVsyst, Homer, SolarGIS etc. is a requirement. Ability to develop sharp and aesthetic presentations is a strong plus.
7) Understand the basic principles of sustainability, including renewable energy sources such as solar, wind, tidal etc.
8) Adopt teamwork spirit, contribute actively and uphold the team dynamics rather than as an individual
9) Observe compliance with local and company regulations
