Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations.
- Manage confidential documentation, records, and maintain personal folders.
- Assist in updating employees' personal information in the system.
- Contribute new ideas and information to collaborate with team members.
- Assist in delivery of full spectrum HR activities and processes such as performance management, manpower planning including recruitment, compensation & benefit, payroll, learning & development.
- Handle any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by your superior
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Strong communication skills and collaboration skills
- Ability to efficiently multi-task and be self-motivated while working with others
