Job Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Proactively manage a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, establishing and nurturing long-term, trusting relationships with customers. Act as a trusted advisor and influencer.
- Solution Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the monday.com solution and demonstrate how it delivers value and ROI to customers.
- Opportunity Development: Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts, including up-selling, cross-selling, and add-ons.
- Platform Expertise: Gain deep knowledge of the monday.com platform, including its capabilities and benefits, to effectively consult with customers.
- Consultative Engagement: Consult with customers to assess their internal processes and drive organizational change. Challenge leaders to optimize their use of monday.com.
- Internal Promotion: Create and implement internal promotion programs within customer organizations to enhance awareness and usage of monday.com.
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams at monday.com to ensure successful account management and relay customer feedback to appropriate channels.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Preferably 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or consulting with large, enterprise-level accounts (> $50K - $150K ACV).
- Sales Cycle Ownership: Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, from identifying expansion opportunities to building relationships with key stakeholders, and handling negotiation and contracting.
- Consulting Background: Prior experience in strategy consulting is an advantage.
- Customer Engagement: Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility with executives.
- Communication: Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Personal Attributes: Positive attitude, empathetic, and energetic demeanor.
