Job Description:
- Overall project management, including tender submission, project planning, execution, and T&C.
- Oversee project(s) progress and performance.
- Conduct weekly project progress meetings (office and work site).
- Evaluate executional feasibility, cost and technical requirements on client design proposals, specifications
- Review mechanical and electrical services shop drawings in AutoCAD and BIM drawings.
- Liaison with governmental agencies, consultants, and project developers.
- Build and maintain key client relationships.
- Identify, gather and manage necessary resources to complete the project, including preparation of complex engineering standards, design and work specifications, project schedules, budgets and forecasts; material and equipment utilization, project staff and external contractor coordination.
- Instill and build Learning Culture in the firm.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical) or equivalent
- Demonstrated leadership, planning and executional capabilities.
- Positive working attitude with high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Client focused, able to build and manage client relationships
- Required skill(s): AutoCad, MS Project, BIM Software
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin (Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.)
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related fields (Engineering - Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent)
