Responsibilities
- Support the Catering Sales Managers in the administrative duties.
- To handle, answer, and reply all incoming telephone calls and incoming inquiries.
- Assist the managers in preparing proposals and contracts for clients.
- Assist to monitor customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support.
- Disseminate event-related information to the relevant departments.
- Gather materials and assemble information packages for the managers when requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- GCE 'O'/'N' levels and above.
- No experience required. Fresh graduates and entry level are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent grasp of English (spoken & written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Singaporean only.
- Candidates that require work passes need not apply.
- Covid-19 fully vaccinated.
