Job Description:
Seeking an experienced web designer who is able to reorganise and redesign of our HR website. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of user experience, accessibility, and the unique needs of different officers and staff within our organisation. This role involves both strategic planning and hands-on implementation to ensure our HR website becomes a user-friendly, accessible, and up-to-date resource for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reorganise HR Content: Assess current HR content and structure, and reorganise it to cater to the diverse needs of all employees, from entry-level staff to senior management.
- Enhance User Experience: Design a page layout that is intuitive and easy to navigate, ensuring that all users can quickly find the information they need.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with HR, IT, and other relevant departments to gather input and ensure the website meets all organisational requirements.
- Provide Training and Support: Collaborate with HR team members and other stakeholders on how to update and manage website content effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in web development, with a focus on HR or internal communications.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Contract Period: 3 months
