Admin Support Assistant

Job Description:

  • Review, sort and compile documents, for scanning and physical filing.
  • Responding to requests from authorised parties and executing tasks as required.
  • Maintain a filing system and ensure the protection of confidential customer information.
  • Familiarity with using basic office equipment (photocopy machine, facsimile machine, etc.)
  • Complete additional assigned tasks as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail and meticulous work execution.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work within time constraints.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and be adaptive to work demands.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
