Due to business expansion, the HR team requires an experienced and adaptable Human Resources Executive urgently. The incumbent will be part of the HR team and will report directly to the HR Manager.

Job Description
- Carry out work-pass related matters inclusive of application/renewals, follow-up, appeals, and support on areas of regulatory/MOM reporting
- Participate in government or statutory board related surveys
- Maintain and update employees’ personal files, and ensure the employee details are accurate on the payroll system.
- Manages WICA compensation and submission of WICA reports.
- Prepare relevant reports as required by internal stakeholders, such as headcount, payroll, and employee costing allocation for different business units.
- Handle all on-boarding and exit matters
- Assist in appraisal process
- Assists in monthly payroll
- Responsible for timely payment and submission of monthly statutory withholdings such as tax, CPF, FWL waiver.
- Participate in events for team building and to foster positive culture
Job Requirement
- Polytechnic Diploma in Human Resource or Business with at least 4 years experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and plan to deliver within the required timeline
- Resourceful and independent
- Good teamwork with ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Meticulous
- Self-starter, proactive and resilient
- Ability to speak Tamil to communicate with Tamil Speaking Workers for construction division
