· Should have 8+ years’ experience in application support activity.
· ITIL certification.
· Good understanding of Capital Markets Domain and market activities.
· Relevant experience on Asset Control software
· Exposure to the Capital Markets with proficiency in financial instruments, trading lifecycle and specifically market data.
· Relevant experience with working with external source like Bloomberg, Reuters
· Expertise in static market data with knowledge of data types, sources, and uses within financial systems, including reference data, price data.
· Proven experience in technical proficiency with strong skills in SQL,
· High level of proficiency in Unix/Linux scripting.
· Should be able to do
o SLA & KPI management, client communication & interaction
o Predictive analysis, consulting, escalation management
o Risk analysis and project execution
· Appetite for continuous improvement and automation.
· Strong knowledge in XML, PL/SQL, MQ, CFT and Control-M.
· Knowledge of monitoring solutions (E.g. ITRS Geneos, Elastic Search)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
