Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and networking to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the recruitment industry.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including sales, marketing, and recruitment.
- Create and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth while optimizing cost control for the agency.
- Handle negotiations with clients regarding contracts, pricing, and service agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards, including data protection and health and safety.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business administration, business development, sales, or client management, ideally within the recruitment industry, with a strong understanding of employment agency operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
