HR Admin Executive

The HR Admin Executive will support our Human Resources department in various administrative functions. The HR Admin Executive will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including chasing payments for the company and handling accreditation matters. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn.


Payment Chasing:

  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments. Maintain accurate records of payment statuses and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Prepare and send reminders and invoices.
  • Coordinate with the finance department and clinical operations to resolve payment issues.

Accreditation Matters:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating accreditations and certifications.
  • Prepare documentation and submissions required for accreditation processes.
  • Track expiration dates and renewal requirements for certifications.

HR Administrative Support:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling meetings and processing new hire paperwork.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, preparing HR documentation, and maintaining employee records. Assist in offboarding of leavers.

General Office Administration:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems and documentation.
  • Handle day-to-day office tasks and assist with office management.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in HR related studies preferred
  • Diploma/Degree in Business/Accountancy/IT also welcome
  • Willing to multi-task and have sense of urgency
  • Able to work well as a team and independently
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office especially MS Excel
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Being a good team player and being able to cooperate effectively with colleagues
