This will include, but not limited to, the following duties:
• Preparing bills of quantities of the Project
• Managing costs on all Mechanical, Electrical & Instrument items of the projects
• Monitor Bill of Quantities against Client Invoicing
• Compile Client Billing, Cash Inflow/Cash Outflow
• Compile cost to complete / project budgets
• Price up variations and obtain agreement with clients
• Undertaking cost value analysis including cost value reporting
• Identify, analyse and develop responses to commercial risks
• Performing risk and value management and cost control
• Advising on procurement strategies
• Provide commercial advice to the operational team as and when required
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies
• Encouraging and developing teamwork between teams, internally and externally.
• Review contract conditions and report concerns or recommendations.
Singaporean and Permanent Resident preferred
