JOB DESCRIPTION
Purchasing:
- Assist with ordering materials and spare parts.
- Get quotes, compare prices, and follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Process purchase orders and keep records updated.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and stock reports.
- Keep internal teams informed about stock and delivery statuses.
Inventory:
- Track stock levels and update the system regularly.
- Help with inventory audit checks and address any stock issues.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of items in warehouse.
- Supervise and provide guidance to the Warehouse Assistant.
