- Calculations (dynamic cargo offloading, surge analysis, systems flow balancing, heat transfer...)
- 3D Modeling coordination & review including mechanical handling studies
Tanker / FPSO survey:
- Activities coordination
- As-built documentations, survey Reports, Presentations, Conversion / upgrade proposals
Construction / Completion / Pre-commissioning
- Preparation, method statement, activities sequencing
- Field activities coordination, planning & reporting, progress & manpower follow-up
- Interface with shipyard, client/contractor, commissioning, and offshore operators
- Coordination between engineering, construction/completion, and commissioning teams
Project Management
- Subcontracting specifications for general and specific scopes of work, Subcontractors management
- Deliverables checking, planning, progress, and manpower follow-up
- Communication with clients
Under the responsibility of the FPSO Construction Manager, responsible for the overall Vessel & Mooring
scope of work:
- Review / comments of the engineering design to optimize the constructability
- Overall construction and completion activities
- Sequencing, preparation, and definition of the priorities
- Daily field activities follow-up, shipyard manpower and schedule follow-up
- Coordination with Commissioning team
Specific / Key activities
- Dry Dock execution for the integration of the mooring structures and equipment
- Integration of the riser tie-in spools from the vessel side shell to the topsides
- SIT coordination for the mooring tensioning system and the riser/umbilical pulling system
- FPSO preparation for sail-away
