Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt the company’s business model to changing demands.
Team Leadership & Development:
Conduct regular training and performance evaluations, ensuring staff are well-equipped to meet customer needs.
Supplier and Inventory Management:
Negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of goods.
Oversee inventory control, ensuring that all stores are stocked with the right products at optimal levels.
Manage relationships with vendors and external partners to secure advantageous agreements.
Technology & Innovation:
Oversee the integration of technology in day-to-day operations, including point-of-sale systems, online ordering platforms, and inventory management tools.
Explore opportunities to innovate and streamline operational processes through technology and digital transformation.
Job Requirements:
Strong knowledge of the mini mart, convenience store, or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) sector
Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and managing multi-store operations.
At least 8 years experience in the mini mart, convenience store, or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
Ability to handle logistics orders from multiple different locations.
Ability to interact with Chinese suppliers via WeChat.
Familiarity with freight forwarding and logistics supply chain.
Knowledge in using Artificial Intelligence for inventory tracking purposes.
