~ Prepares the pre-sales and post-sales documents
~ Manage inventory and keep track of the stock on daily basis
~ Coordinates with customers and suppliers to meet their requirement
~ Assist in basic accounting duties such as data entry and etc
~ Provide general administrative support like answering telephones, arranging courier service, collect and distribute mails and etc
~ Assist management on At- hoc duties
~ Prior work experience in administration would be advantageous
~ Able to speak & write English and speak Chinese
~ A positive work attitude and willingness to learn and contribute
~ Good interpersonal skill, well-organized and self-motivated.
